This program is designed to help Nova Scotians get the training and education they need to become registered health care workers. The program will cover the cost of tuition, books, and other necessary supplies for students accepted into the program.

1. The Interview Process
The first step in the interview process is to submit your resume and cover letter online. Once your application has been reviewed, you may be contacted by a member of the Human Resources team to schedule an initial phone screen.
If you are selected to move forward in the process, you will be invited to come in for an in-person interview. This interview will be conducted by a panel of Nova Scotia Health representatives. During this interview, you will be asked questions about your qualifications and experience.
After the in-person interview, you may be asked to complete a skills test or other assessment. If you are successful at this stage of the process, you will be offered a position with Nova Scotia Health!
